Kevin’s Financial Leadership
Kevin Howard is Charter Communications’ Executive Vice President, Chief Accounting Officer and Controller with oversight of the Company’s operational and technical accounting, strategic tax and tax operations, financial reporting, payables, business continuity, and enterprise resource planning operations.
Kevin played a pivotal role navigating the complex financial integration and reporting requirements following the Company’s 2016 transactions with Time Warner Cable and Bright House Networks. For more than two decades, he has been instrumental in the restructuring of billions of dollars in debt, ensuring robust financial reporting and compliance.
More About Kevin
After joining the Company in 2002 as Director of Financial Reporting, Kevin was promoted to Chief Accounting Officer and Controller in 2006 and his current role in 2019.
Prior to joining Charter, Kevin served as an Auditor with Arthur Andersen LLP for nearly a decade. He holds a bachelor’s degree in finance and economics from the University of Missouri-Columbia and is a certified public accountant and a certified managerial accountant.
Kevin is an active supporter of Make-A-Wish Missouri & Kansas and sits on its Board of Directors.
